Since most books are printed to order, books are shipped 1-7 days after the order is received.
If you are not sastified with a Graphe book for ANY reason if may be returned for a full refund including shipping in both directons. Just mail the book back requesting a refund, the refund will be mailed, credited to your paypal account or credit card according to the original form of your payment.
Standard Shipping is by media mail. Other methods of shipping may be requested.
